"I have never before written to a company to comment on a product, but your implementation of the Duet deserves recognition. It is an outstanding product in both concept and execution. It installed easily, almost flawlessly, and is very easy to use. The controller in particular rivals Bang & Olufsen in terms of design and tactile sensation.

Most importantly, of course, the Squeezebox is a breakthrough product that seamlessly (and wirelessly!) integrates digital music, stored on my computer, and internet based services with my audio system. When combined with affordable high quality DAC's now available and services such as Rhapsody and Pandora, it is the Holy Grail of high-end audio for the average consumer -- digitally based music that is easy and cheap to obtain and beautifully reproduced on "normal" audio equipment.
